All tutorial videos are hosted on YouTube. Simply click on any tutorial card to be directed to the corresponding video. Some advanced tutorials may require access to our lab resources or software licenses.

Our tutorials primarily feature the Biobath system for organ bath experiments. You'll need access to a functional Biobath setup, tissue samples, appropriate recording equipment, and the analysis software demonstrated in the videos.

The duration varies depending on the experiment type. A standard organ bath experiment typically takes 2-4 hours from setup to data collection. Preparation and cleanup add additional time. We recommend scheduling half a day for each experiment session.

Data should be stored in our lab's shared database with proper documentation. We recommend using MATLAB or Python for analysis. Detailed protocols for data management and analysis pipelines are available in our lab documentation.

For technical issues with equipment or software, please contact our lab technician. For questions about experimental protocols or data analysis, reach out to the lab PI or senior researchers. Contact information can be found on our Contact page.
